Our Gutter installation Process

1. Free consultation to assess the scope of the project. The initial consultation is one of the most important stages in our process. We want to hear the details from you, to ensure that we can quote your project as accurately as possible.
2. Provide a quick and easy off-site proposal for your project. Our process includes using modern satellite imagery technology to take accurate measurements of your home and provide feedback and suggestions as needed. 
3.  Proposal review and approval. During this stage of planning, you have the opportunity to consult with your project manager to answer any questions and/or make any necessary changes as needed. 
4. Service agreement and project deposit. Once all the details have been finalized, the final draft of your agreement will be sent to you via email to sign off electronically. A deposit invoice will be sent to pay your required deposit, which can also be completed electronically through our secure online payment system.  
5. Scheduling and materials. Once step 4 has been completed, materials will be ordered as needed and your project will enter our scheduling queue. 
6. Installation time-frame. As your project reaches the top of our scheduling queue, we will reach out to you with a timeframe to setup your service. 
7. Prepare property for installation. If there are any items surrounding the areas where service will be performed, such as glass tables, cars, or other house goods, it is recommended to relocate to prevent potential damage. 
8. The day of your service. Most of our gutters are fabricated on-site. We custom-build every gutter on location where it’ll be installed, eliminating the risk of damage to materials. Each step of the installation process is carefully planned and executed. We install each gutter and downspout according to industry standards & best practices, checking carefully along the way to ensure a top quality installation and service.
9. Clean up property. Installations can be messy. We like to treat your property like our own, and that means leaving it better than we found it.
10. Final walkthrough and collection of payment.  Our technicians will conduct a final walk through and collect payment on the balance of your project. For your convenience we accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
